Downtown Inn, hotel in Asheville

Downtown Inn is located in downtown Asheville within walking distance to US Cellular Center. Guests can start their day with a complimentary breakfast and then take a dip in the outdoor pool.

All renovated motel. Great location to walk around downtown. Comfortable spacious room , updated and clean. Fridge, microwave, safe. Free parking. Breakfast included, which pretty much the typical Continental Breakfast with waffle maker, cereal selection, yogurt, coffee, juices and milk, apples, instant oatmeal. Outdoor pool looked nice, we didn't use it though. Felt safe. Fairy quiet. Ice machine. Quick elevator. I've stayed here three different times over the years and will continue to do so for such great value and location.

We got into town late (after midnight) and the staff graciously accommodated our late arrival. The beds were comfy. For a motel, it was actually quite nice. The grounds were fairly clean, with many tall leafy trees.

Location is great! 10 minutes from downtown, in a shopping mall surrounded by restaurants. Beds are comfortable and hotel is in a nice closed building (not a motel style)

THE best breakfast, that we have ever had, at a motel ever! The room was clean, quiet, and with every thing we needed, even a new box of tissues. This time the TV worked, and with a great picture too! The elevator was cleaned daily, I am sure it was as it was always Tip Top.

Value for the money. Motel was very clean. Although It is an older style two story motor court with room entrance from outdoor parking it has been updated. Beds are new and incredibly comfortable, bedding was very fresh and good quality. Window AC worked great. Large flat screen Samsung Tv was very sharp with many Channels, nice pool area, nice view of Blue Ridge Mt, great access to Downtown and attractions, good breakfast, staff very professional and efficient

It was inexpensive without compromising on anything important. They had a reasonable hot breakfast for along day ahead. The location was quiet (our building was in the back) despite a highway nearby. They were conveniently located to arrive to CLT at 5 pm and drive towards the Great Smoky Mountains NP in the morning. They had really great tasting coffee in the morning. Well above what I'd expect from a typical motel. I had a little car trouble which forced me to be an hour late for my checkout. They were kind enough to forgive it.

The best breakfast I had on my trip, was excellent, especially the biscuits. Besides being on the roadside, it is tranquil during the night. There is free parking and plenty of space for cars. It is 10 minutes from the city center and easy to go in and go out. A lot of big stores and chain restaurants 3-5 minutes from there. If you are driving, great location.
