Looking for a motel?
Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.

While it's an unconventional motel, unlike most "chain" hotels and motels, the staff was very friendly and down to earth homely! It was like you were staying with friends than at a motel.

This hotel is extremely clean and is a really good deal. The drive up impression is "oh, dear, what have we done" but the manager is wonderful, and she does a great job keeping the motel in good shape. For the money it's what you'd expect and the staff makes it a great deal for the money.

Location is next to the Railroad with plenty of free parking. I have stayed here four times before so knew what to expect.

Manager was incredibly friendly and helpful. Place and room were clean. Site is only a five minute walk from the Toltec-Cumbres RR. It’s also walking distance to a nearby gas station where you can get a delicious breakfast burrito. It’s simple and basic and quiet - gets the job done. The fan provides great white nose with no rattling (sounds weird but lots of inexpensive motels have inefficient and noisy fans). I was glad to have this option in Antonito and would stay again.

awesome location - walk to the train. The host were very nice. Motel needs some repairs, but comfortable enough for our purposes - just needed a place to sleep close to the train station.
