Apartments is a nice size, It has stove,fridge and microwave etc. It is stocked with basic things you will need. Lots of room, ac and hot water heater works well. Decorated well. Good place to stay if you want the feel of staying in a home instead of a motel. Also it was quiet.Internet was better than many places I have stayed in Dar.
The attendant Anne was a life saver. She was willing and able to do whatever necessary to make sure we were well and comfortable. She even had a table made just for me to work at. Exceptional care from her. Thank you Anne! Also, it was nice to be near Coco Beach. In addition the place has a swimming pool, free parking, air conditioning, a balcony, and a gym! I was only able to enjoy the free parking because of time, but still the environment is very pleasant. Also the security is high so we felt extremely safe.
The location was excellent, room was spacious and clean, beds were big and comfortable, place is extremely safe, close to a lot of good coffee shops, restaurants etc and lady Aisha was always available to help for any queries. I will surely stay here next month when I come back
The staff checking us in here very nice and helpful. The room was quiet. The bathroom clean and in working order. There was someone from the motel to pick us up at the airport when we arrived.
I love the location and the facilities outside are kept well and a good place to park car. Very peaceful. Safe location. Have stayed here several times. It is better if you are staying by yourself(bigger bed and room more like motel room) or several people want to stay in one room.(Be prepared for dorm type room) This trip we stayed in room that had 4 beds.(2 of us)

The staff at this guest house is exceptionally helpful. The room was comfortable in terms of its size. The breakfast is also very good. At the Q-Bar Bar area, one can also enjoy really good food. The WiFi is really fast, especially if you need to work remotely, even if you want to access your favourite streaming services. This is really good value for money when you travel on a tight budget.
