Very convenient location, will need to take the taxi from the train station to get there. Walking distance to the main boulevard and street market. Two Taiwanese breakfast locations within 3min walk. Has a hot top and shower, as well as a balcony however not much of a view (just faces another building). Very large and spacious. Of note there are stairs going up to the rooms and no elevator.

The best place to stay when in Hualien, if you are looking for a hostel with great international community, this is the place to go! Friendly staff that will do almost anything to make your stay perfect! Dorm is quiet most of the time, but you can chat all evening or play guitar and draw in the lobby. Very good coffee! There is a fridge to keep stuff cool. Can't really do cooking but there is good places to eat nearby. Don't expect a hostel for partying. But there is KTV and bars nearby.
Honestly couldn’t fault this place, the male concierge was 10/10. His service and homely approach to running the hotel was definitely appreciated.
We got upgraded to a bigger room which was awesome!

The people working here are very friendly. They will help you getting a taxi, searching for a store etc. The room is big and the bed sleeps great. It's clean and nearby good coffee shops, a mall and a lot of supermarkets.
If we go back to Hualien we would definitely stay here.

Very friendly and helpful host. The room was cozy and even had a balcony. Delicious breakfast which was Freshly made each day. Free parking lot in case you come with a car. The location is quite good, since it's close to the train station, however the night market is farther away.
Clean hotel, efficient check-in, free parking, and decent breakfast. Provided a steriliser and cot for our baby also. Pretty convenient location to explore Taroko - about a 35min drive to bottom of Gorge.
The staff working at the reception were very helpful. When we asked them for extra blankets they brought them almost immediately.
The room was clean, well furnished and with stable Wi-Fi.
