I think this is one of the best budget hotels in the area. The location is excellent, close to restaurants and bars. Plenty of food sellers on the road,as well as baht buses.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the manager James. It's a sports bar downstairs with many pool tables and TVs showing sporting events from around the world.
Surprisingly, any noise from the bar downstairs never filtered upstairs.
Great hotel, with a good location. Close to beach and shopping. It also had good clean swimming pools. We arrived in our own car and there was plenty of on site free parking.
Good sized room and huge balcony. Great entertainment on the roads below (front facing balcony). Free water when you ask.
Amazing service. I accidentally left a dye stain on the bathroom mat and offered to pay, but they told me it was okay.

Return visit to Kokotel Pattaya South Beach, reception all smiles, early check-in, free parking, quiet room, comfortable bed, all attractions in close proximity, this is my preferred hotel choice 😀
All personnel are smiling, honest and close. I loved them They speak English well. Room cleaning everyday and they give water and all the time you can take cold water, hot coffee,tea next to reception The location is great, silent because it is not on the road. You can hear small birds'voices and it's great.i will be there again. I feel like I'm at home.
