In May I hadn't problems with the free parking place. D3 in the address means stairs number it is on the corner near the playground. The price is Very good for the Sovata district.

Very nice location in Sovata, situated in the woods, very quiet, free parking on site, nice terrace, 3 minutes walk through to the woods to the Bear Lake and the restaurants nearby.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and rather big; they are well equipped for the tourists comfort, and each have a balcony. The location is great, very quiet, yet just few minutes walking from main attractions in Sovata. Free parking is available. There is a small but very nice play area for the kids, and tourists can enjoy a fully equipped dinning and kitchen; coffee and tea included.
