despite so many issues mostly revolving around the management, most of the staff did their best. The hotel is basically desserted. like Bates Motel. Feels totally neglected and seems like owner has no concern for guests or staff. looks very neglected
The motel is fantastic. We were here to dive, so any amenities a room could have would likely be lost on us. We were picked up from the motel by our dive operator, could walk across the street to great food (including vegeterian) and walk down to the water/walking paths. Great location, a short walk to other restaurants closer into down. Simple room with great warm showers, air conditioning, and a comfortable bed.
The location was convenient and within walking distance of most Main Street places. The price was exactly what I paid for and I cannot complain about anything really. The room was exactly what I needed it to be: a place to hold my stuff, a place to lay down and rest, and to take a quick shower. I think if it offered anything else to its guests, it would have to raise its prices, so good for them! I would definitely recommend the DW Motel for anyone with a budget!
