The host had endeavoured to give us a quiet room. We also had an allocated car park. Another bonus and the reason we had chosen the motel was that it is beside an EV charger.
Burwood Motel provided everything that we required, staff courtesy, cleanliness, spacious, comfort and centrally located to where we needed to be and easily accessible.

You could call the style of motel as 'retro' but it is well equipped and comfortable and an easy walk from the town centre.
We had the front unit with a great view of the river. There was a fair bit of traffic on the road in front during the day but at night it was quiet and we slept well.
