We had a 2 bdrm family unit. It is was very modern with a fully equipped kitchenette and large bathroom shared between 2 rooms. Most notable was the cleanliness of the entire complex and especially our room. The room had a large smart tv in the lounge, comfortable seating and air conditioning. The bedrooms had ceiling fans which were handy when it warmed up outside.
Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Our host was lovely and helpful. The spa bath was delightful, & much needed before our big flight back to WA. 10 minutes from the airport which was why we needed a motel.

Very tidy and spacious room,comfy beds,accessible for everything and most of all very honest staff because my husband phone he accidentally left at our room/Unit 9.He had to drove back from Taupo to the Motel just to get his phone.An awesome service,we definitely come back again.Highly recommended ❤️
We always LOVE the spa at this motel, none in Whakatāne have this many rooms with spa's available. Room 13 is one of the most private rooms, with access via the front and back of room.
