The location is good for downtown. I didn’t realize exactly how downtown it was before booking. If you wanted to enjoy the nightlife it is a good location for that. Numerous bars, breweries, coffee shops close by. But that means at night, it will be loud. There was a bar within a stone’s throw of our window.

I asked specifically when I called he motel for a 2room suite because there were 3 single adults and 3 children, we were given motel room with the queen bed in the dining area and two fold down couches that faced each other in a space that coudn't accommadate two fold down couches. Three single beds int he room so close together there was no room for luggage. I book a spa bath suite, no spa bath. I definitely do not recommend this motel and this is the second time I have used booking.com and the last. If you pay that much money you expect what you ask for. Shocking.

We visited the area last January during summer and found it to be in the central city. It's convenient as everything, especially restaurants, is nearby. The bathroom is reasonably equipped for the price paid, and a hairdryer is available. Friendly receptionist. There is free parking inside the motel.
The unit was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. It was great to find a motel with free parking outside our unit.

Value for money. I booked here because the city hotels were excessively expensive during the Wearable Arts. This motel was very well priced and I was surprised with how comfortable, spacious and modern the rooms were. Very good value and all with free parking.
Lovely gentlemen filling in for owners was a sweetie Heater was turned on in room to warm it up prior to arrival. Also great to go to a motel where all sky channels were available and to have free parking on site is a added bonus
