The Aalton Motel was the cleanest Motel I have ever stayed at. It was comfortable and had a large heat pump that unit warm. Great value for money. Located in Temuka it is just a short drive to Timaru or Geraldine.
The location is great. This is a small-town motel - the rooms were clean. Apart from the road noise - the rooms are quiet (you cannot hear your neighbours).
Very quirky, beautiful old building and really interesting - not just another boring motel room. Lots of space and lovely furnishings and bed linen. Great spa bath. Great location close to shops and cafes.
