The staff are very nice and friendly. Special thank you to the ladies who take care of the rooms (sorry, I don’t know the names) and Priyanka, the manager. I was given a complimentary upgrade and she shared a lot of information about the city. The roadworks are unfortunate but this is a city and you have to expect this at times. Parking was honestly not an issue as there was ample space. The room was big with a lot of light. It had a heater as well and the gym was adequate (keep your expectations to a minimum). The hotel is close to the town centre and the walk is definitely a good exercise as it involves a hill. Totally recommend this place for travelers who are coming to Queenstown. Thank you Hurley’s.

The property is in front of the lake which is perfect. It is also very near the central city around 3-5 minutes walk. The room is also very spacious and well equipped. There is a refrigerator, microwave oven, cooking range, dinnerware, dishwashing liquid etc. For the bed, they also have a heating pad which was great during winter. I didn’t drive but I saw that there is a parking and it is also near a bus stop where you can ride to the airport. Reception was also friendly and accommodating.

We booked the basement room and we were pleasantly surprised. It was nicer than expected. We checked in at 4pm and left at 8am the next day so don't have much else to say.

Loved the view, home away from home feel with everything you need, beds very comfy, washing machine very handy, good coffee machine, door lock much handier than keys, hot tub the bomb!

Accommodation meets the expectation as per price. It values for price. In this price you getting heated room, bathroom and free breakfast in queenstown , what else we need.

Motel is close to the water and a short drive (and probably a manageable walk, if you're energetic) to the centre of Queenstown and to shopping. Great base for seeing Queenstown and surrounds. Good to have a little kitchen at our disposal and free parking outside the door. Shower was great and the room was comfortable.
Wonderful room! I did a 2 week road trip with Queenstown being one of the few places where I stayed more than one night. The room felt like its own little apartment which was exactly what I needed after long days on the road and nightly motel switching. Very clean and comfortable. Kind and responsive hosts. Delightful neighbourhood. Very, very cute cat!
I didn’t stay here myself (my son and his family did) but I saw the apartment. Great location, easy walk to town, lake views, full facilities with bath, shower laundry and fully equipped kitchen. Warm. Free parking on site for every apartment (although don’s rental vehicle was too tall but they were able to park at next door motel.) Rooms a good size.
Good location, The room had a really nice bath with jets. Free parking on site and secure after hours entrance. Kithenette had a hotplate and microwave (as well as kettle), Gym and sauna facilities were available, I didn't use them but looked fairly nice for a motel gym.
Lovely free upgrade to a modern unit with a nice view. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing, self catered stay. Free parking was a bonus as it can be difficult to find a park in town when it is busy. The motel is within easy walking distance to town, the Earnslaw and the gondola. It was handy having access to a guest laundry. Communication was always prompt and friendly.
