**Amazing Stay! Would Definitely Return!**
We had a fantastic stay at this motel! The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The owner was incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to help with anything we needed.
The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. We really appreciated the quiet and relaxed atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind after a busy day. The overall experience exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

Park out the front door and most importantly I was able to have my dog stay with me as we were traveling to the South Island. Levin to the Ferry right on an hour. So super handy for the crossing and a good night's sleep first. Thank you Totara Lodge.

The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.

Classic motel at quiet location away from SH 1. Very clean. Appreciated the complimentary chocolates and biscuits. Convenient for visiting the Dutch windmill and the Te Awahou Nieuwe Stroom Museum.
Friendly welcome and nice clean room. I asked where a local laundry was to dry some clothes and the owner let me use the motels one.thankyou!
