The location was perfect. Right next to the supermarket and 2 minutes from where we needed to be over the weekend. Close to food places for options to eat out for dinner.

location was best , close to super market. very welcoming and had all the facilities as per the booking details, we were really tired after long drive, but comfortable rooms and a clean hot shower made it very relaxing for us.

I love Clyde Central - I've stayed twice before. It is really convenient for the Dunstan Trail and onwards to the Clutha Gold Trail. The accomodation is comfortable and quiet and the beds comfortable. It is well located within easy walking distance of the historic centre and several great restaurants.
Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.
So warm (even though -6C outside!!) and clean. Had everything we needed. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and 2 supermarkets neighboring motel made it super easy to cook for ourselves. Great to be able to have our dogs with us. Set up for dogs was great with a back door that opened to court yard with grass patch out front. Motel very accommodating with allowing us a late check out when someone in our group was unwell. Staff super friendly!
Everything except the weather...but the motel was warm, exceptionally clean and well equiped. Owners friendly and obliging. The complimentary car covers to keep frost off was a nice touch
The Avenue Motel is very well located a short walk to the town centre. The receptionist was very helpful with explaining the local area and recommended a couple of dining options when we asked.
Very clean, quiet and comfortable. It was nice and warm and had very good lighting. I felt safe there, which is important as I am a woman travelling alone. The owner operators were very helpful. I would recommend this motel.
