Location was great. Middle of town. Room was decently big. Clean. Price was reasonable. Front reception guy, Mr Shankar was a huge help and extremely friendly. Helped us with parking, places to visit, man does everything. When we were checking out we were taken care of by Ms Chai. Also extremely friendly lady and very helpful.

The location is great, close to the chinese district with a lot of street food and good coffees nearby. The AC worked properly, the bathroom was not that big but enough and it was clean. They cleaned the room daily and gave us new water and towels every day.

Extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff, concierge and cafe staff@Kopitiam. Love the big bathtub, huge room with views of Penang Bridge. Pool and jacuzzi are nice too. Beds are comfortable too. Love the free parking using your debit/credit or Touch & Go card.

Great location as it’s just next to a fantastic food court. There’s also a decent (by Penang standards) beach. Lovely bar area.
