Great location walking distance to the water and restaurants etc. Staff were very helpful, free parking for the car, rooftop pool and bar was great to chill at the end of a big day out.
This apartment is a hidden gem! It made us feel bad we didn’t stay there longer. Very modern and beautiful. Comfortable beds and great kitchen. Good WiFi for those who need to work remotely.
This hotel is like Hostel Motel while charging like Hotel 4 Star. The pictures were quite misleading. The facility is degraded and nothing like the pictures. Avoid, Avoid this motel.
We liked the location and the simplicity of the facilities. We especially like the Rooftop view of the Bay. Outstanding price for what you got. Is it a five star motel, no. But did not expect it. English speaking ability was limited but workable. I don't expect other countries to cater to my limit of only being able to speak English.
The lady owner was very nice and friendly to us. Room is not large but good for this price, with a fridge and air condition. We didn't use kitchen but it's probably available for all quests. Good location, close to malecon, shops and restaurants. Free parking on street.
Internet speed was excellent for working remotely. Over 100 Mbps in the bedroom overlooking the pool. Bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water with good pressure. The provided secure parking just a block away was excellent. Plenty of room for our van, can accommodate large RV units, and has no clearance issues. Very secure with vehicles not visible from the street, and locked behind a large metal gate and 8 foot wall.
This hotel is an amazing value for the price! The staff are kind and attentive, the included breakfast is delicious, the room was spacious and cleaned daily by housekeeping, the rooftop was beautiful with a pool and the restaurant (which also has a happy hour), and there’s free parking at the hotel. All in all I was really surprised by the quality and enjoyed my stay!
The location of the condo was fantastic! We had an amazing view of the marina/bay, access to the pool/hot tubs & steps away from the Malecon. Walkability to so many restaurants/shops was awesome. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed and more! Beach umbrella, chairs & cooler were great to take to Balandra beach. Secure, free parking. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting La Paz. Trip to Espirito Santo Island was fabulous!
