Clean and safe hotel, just 100 meters from the entrance to the Visitor Center and the Petra Museum. Staff is really helpful and kind. Rooms are clean, well furnished with toiletries, TV, AC, fridge, coffee and tea. The rooms are made every day and the hotel has elevator. Free parking 50 meters from the hotel. Breakfast is in Jordanian style.
This place is an absolute gem. Great location just outside the Petra visitor centre. The staff is very hospitable. Small touches in the room such as fruit plate, mini bar nibbles, and spa masks. Free parking available. Great breakfast. We stayed for 2 nights and it’s the best of our stay in Jordan.
Our stay at Petra Plaza felt just like home. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the rooms were impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was fantastic, and we appreciated the convenience of free parking. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.
The location was perfect, there are a lot of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. The staff was really really friendly and helpful! Thank you so much! It’s a perfect place to stay and discover Petra, you can do it on waking distance, but it’s also perfect to take te car, just 5 minutes to a free parkinglot at the entrance of Petra.

Great location to the entrance to Petra, 5 minutes downhill in the morning, 10 minute slog uphill in the afternoon after hours of exploring Petra. A nice way to start the day with a good breakfast in the light and airy dining area on the 4 th floor with great views. Enjoyed relaxing on the comfortable terrace, again with big views at the end of the day.

It's close to center with all good restaurants , especially the restaurant they suggested us, and close to Petra visitor centre entrance. Free parking in the entrance of the hotel. Very nice place to stay, clean room and clean bathroom, hot water all time, there's great working aircondationing , great view over the city, very good wifi , good breakfast too.. there also free parking.. the place near by Petra, I highly recommend it.
