There is no hotel called The Oceann at the location. It was a major scan, and the only good thing was that I had not paid for the hotel yet. It was a very bad experience as the location shown was very shady, the cab couldn't go any further, and a friend of mine and I were out on the road at night looking for this hotel. It was not a very safe area either. Please stay away from this listing.

My friends and I arrived in India and I stayed at this property and they stayed on the road in a different property . I was really impressed because at this price what you’re getting is just fabulous . The price quality ratio is just perfect . We had buffet breakfast at their restaurant which was actually as per our standards which exceeded all my expectations . The washrooms are equipped with 4 body jets which gives you the most relaxing shower after a really tiring day . This hotel is genuinely the best in its surroundings .
If I could select "0" for the rating, I would have selected that.
The hotel even after confirming the booking didnt checked us in and said they have no rooms available. So be ready to stay on the road after making booking with them.
This happened when I paid them booking fees in advance.
I didnt even get my refund back and they didnt care.
