Very easy location just off the motorway. Room was clean and comfortable. The price was great value for money considering it included a great array of food at breakfast. We also chose this place because there was free parking. Close to a strip with a couple of coffee shops and a Marks and Spencer Food and a riverside walk. Had a lovely reunion with a friend and nothing to complain about!
Breakfast was fabulous. Late night bar, very friendly staff.Fresh and quality produce.. We loved the fact that couples and families were segregated at breakfast. Immaculately clean room. Free parking. Lovely spectacular hanging baskets were very welcoming
Spacious, clean comfortable room. Easy check in and out. Plenty of free parking, there was a disabled space right outside our accommodation. Good choice of continental breakfast, great value for money. Ideal stop off for our journey from Derby to Ullapool.

We received a lovely warm welcome from Sam, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Lots of little extra touches made all the difference. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety and was cooked to order. The location was great and free parking is always a bonus.
The property itself is full of period character and room was spacious, light and had lots of little extras from the scones on arrival, luxury toiletries , shortbread, restaurant information, free parking, 3 course breakfasts! Great Host.
