It’s in a good location near Porthcawl and other coastal areas. Comfortable rooms and plenty of free parking. Very good full breakfast included. Friendly staff. Lunch and evening meals available in the restaurant.
Room was spacious, very clean, with plenty of tea & coffee. I was very comfortable there. Having the pub adjacent to the motel was very handy. Bar staff were very friendly. The breakfasts were excellent. Great value for money.
Green Acres was the perfect place to stay for our visit to Margam Castle.

I have stayed at this Motel before and I have also booked another return visit, which speaks for itself. Staff are
exceptional, rooms comfortable and spotlessly clean .Breakfast is tasty and freshly cooked. There are several towns
within a short driving distance and a couple of pubs within walking distance, although the Motel itself has several
bars and dining areas, where you can purchase a wide selection of wines, spirits, beers and food. There is also free parking
space available!!
