What an amazing property. They had thought of everything from dishwasher, washing machine, hover (great for when the kids got sand on the carpet after adventures at the beach) to tea, coffee and sugar supplied.

Brilliant location for us to come & go with ample free parking on the road nearby. Lovely big family room and firm but comfortable beds. The hotel was perfect for a budget night away with the added bonus of a warm swimming pool AND the dog was welcome!
Can't comment on breakfast or dinners because we ate elsewhere, but the bar/restaurant seemed busy.
Check in was smooth, room was full of character and well appointed.
Mini bar had complimentary prosecco and water etc, good coffee and tea facilities.
Bathroom and shower were a good size, and very clean with decent soaps.
Room decor was funky.
Breakfast was excellent - great staff as well.

The staff was really nice, it's near the beach and free parking on the road if you find space. The place has its own character which is different to your standard hotels.
The flat was very clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed inside. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had. There is free parking on the road outside if you’re lucky and get a space.

Myself and my mum staid 4 nights and glad we did. The owners are so friendly, kind and helpful, often asked if we needed anything.
The bed is very comfortable and the room was lovely and clean. I will definitely be booking to stay again and I recommend Lincoln house for a lovely stay.
There is free parking on site and outside on the road there is usually spaces too.
It’s a short ten minute walk to the beach an you can walk through the beautiful gardens.
