The location of the hotel is excellent, and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Although most of the staff doesn't speak English, they always made an effort to understand. The breakfast was delicious, and you get to enjoy it on the hotel’s rooftop, which offers an amazing view of the pyramids.

From arriving at the hotel was looked after, the view from the room was out of this world (literally so close and could see the view from my room, the rooftop and lobby). Anytime we needed help the staff were more than happy to help, the breakfast was very filling and tasty (go for either the Egyptian breakfast or the fatir breakfast). Rooms were huge and clean, ambiance was great. well worth your money you won’t regret it!

These hotel apartments have exceeded our expectations. It is located in a very quiet area, but very close to malls and restaurants.
The apartment is very spacious, with large windows and high ceilings, beautifully decorated , modern and stylish. The staff are so friendly and helpful. There are lots of free parking spots. Definitely will come back

Staff were all welcoming and accommodating! Got there quite early and they were able to let me have an early check in so I could sleep after my 24 hours travelling. Good location, pretty close to a nice cafe with good coffee and salads

The only problem was the internet, 3 days very bad connection to no connection at all! Also very noisy but this is something that the staff is not responsible. The breakfast was fair, very good coffee! The view in pyramids great!
I was given a WhatsApp number during check-in for any questions i may have during my stay. The hotel also provide day tour packages which is a bonus and I was serve by Mr. abanob which communicate very well in English. They also pick up calls via whatapp which is something very surprising to me. Overall a good experience with the hotel and location is just perfect with KFC located below and real good coffee just across the road.
Friendly staff, excellent location, very clean motel, great care for bathrooms and personal items, internet service is excellent, and there is general calm in the place. The price for the service is reasonable and I recommend my experience to my friends.
