There was no one at the reception when I arrived at about 17:13 in the afternoon, but on the front desk the key to the room was in a envelope marked with my name. As a Motel it was very good. The breakfast was good but it was very minimalist and not much to choose from. The lady who served was very nice.
Very friendly staff. I got a room upgrade which is appreciated. Free parking. Good breakfast. The price paid was very reasonable, especially as there was a major trade show taking place in Herning.
It is a new clean hotel and a great choice to have a quiet sleep with no disturbances. WiFi in the room worked perfectly fine and there is a smart TV also working very well. (Netflix, YouTube, etc)
Reception is really polite and helpful. There is free parking. Breakfast was also good and fresh. I can totally recommend to this hotel for solo travellers and families.
