All staff were absolutely lovely. Had the gardener chop up some coconuts for us as a welcome which was a lovely suprise (especially because we were expecting to pay for it but didn’t). The rooms were lovely, we stayed in the motel instead of villas and although you get fewer amenities all basics are provided. They clean your room daily (including any cutlery, plates, etc). Overall, very satisfied with our stay.
10 out of 10. Amazing place next to sea. All Indonesian staff are friendly, supportive and kind. They arranged pick up from RAR airport for nominal fee but if running public buses are available since property is on ring road. A 24 hours open supermarket only 10 minutes walk away. I highly recommend KiiKii motel.
A basic but clean & comfortable motel type unit centrally located in Avarua. We had a late checkin and only stayed 1 night but it provided everything we needed - predominately air con, a good shower & comfy bed. Great communication with manager.
The service was excellent, eg I emailed the motel very late about picking us up from the airport knowing that it would be impossible because we were on our way to catch our flight to Rarotonga. But you guys did it so impressed.
Great location! Far enough from main road to be very quiet. Less than a 10 minute walk to Muri Night Market, cafes, stores and buses on the road.
Only negative, could use a new toaster, but not a deal breaker! Overall a great stay. Love Raro!!!
Nice motel close to Town. Clean and spacious, the accommodation was very well equipped (fridge, microwave, kettle, dishes, toaster, television). The swimming pool was very good and the snack bar was excellent for breakfast. The parking for the rental car is also very spacious and the staff is very courteous and available. Good to know: the beach does not allow swimming in the sea... but the swimming pool is there for that 😊.
Rosalia was exceptionally nice and made sure that we were comfortable during our stay. She made sure that we had clean towels every day and if we needed our room serviced. The motel is a stones throw away from the main town.
