The room was totally renovated and clean. Had a mini fridge and microwave. Had a front door to the parking lot and
doors to the back. Pet friendly as well. We sat out back, star gazing during a meteor shower.
There is a restaurant next door (same property) that was very busy with both locals and visitors. However, we didn't stay for a meal.
The owner was very friendly.

I loved the ease of restaurant with this motel, the food was great and the owners/staff were really kind. Anna was lovely and always available to answer questions. The check-in and check-out process was simple.

Excellent value for a very clean and well run motel. Our group of friends have stayed at Nights Inn 3 times this year as we’re hiking the Bruce Trail nearby. Each time we were very happy with our rooms.

Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
My 1st impression was a low budget motel. However, the price was not. I got a kick out of the 50’s decor. It was fairly clean and comfortable. I did not eat there so I have no comment.
one of the best accommodation facilities you will find in that price range, more than a water view, you can walk and sit at the waters edge, you can swim in Georgian Bay, you can have a camp fire ( bring your own wood) a mini resort. I challenge anyone to find a TV station selection at any motel/hotel anywhere, better than at Waterview.
It was really quiet at night. I was able to get a good night's rest. The staff are really nice. The motel has a restaurant with really good food. The location is great.
Nice property on the lake. Friendly owners asking if everything is good. Rec building with micro and toaster, table and chairs ice machine. Motor than most motels would provide
The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Very helpful. The motel was older but very clean and comfortable. We went for a relaxing time and it was definitely accomplished
Easily accessible from Hwy 6. A good minimalistic motel to stay at one or a couple nights. I had a bike race to attend early Sunday morning so sleeping over Saturday night was better than traveling 3+hrs in the middle of the night. Cozy motel room with parking outside your door.
This motel is priced right about where it should be. The rooms are clean and essentially functional. The light was good but a second bulb in the light fixtures would be a plus. A modern HVAC unit that worked well. I liked the solid floors as carpeting and I have our differences.
