Amazing staff they are, they go up and beyond to satisfy their customers, l had no problems here it was such a wonderful time. Staff and other people renting rooms are so cool and make you feel like family an at home your at home. I suggest everyone to hit this spot. p.s there's a heated salted water outdoor pool, It was amazing. It was well within walking distance of everything we needed.
The trail walk and splash pad behind the motel was amazing.
The water front was also within walking distance which was also breath taking.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. Being on a busy road the rooms were so quiet. It was very peaceful. Sue one of the staff was awesome! She was extremely friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. She obviously takes pride in her work because our suite was incredibly clean. The beach is a short walk and private. The village and collingwood are very close. What even made it better its pet friendly. We will defintely be back!

Location was great, exactly as expected - little motel by Blue Mountain. Very clean, quiet rooms, fully stocked kitchen, and close to a beautiful private beach. Great place to settle in to explore the area (did all the hiking and beach and explored the various cute towns nearby).
Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
The motel is in a great location and is close to the beach.
Though the room was small, it was exceptionally clean and well maintained.

Wasn’t expecting much for a motel in wasaga but surprisingly it was nice , newly renovated.. clean and comfortable. The property also had many lounge areas and bbq for personal use. It was cute little place , I’d go back for sure
The motel is just in front of the wasaga beach. Stayed in a deluxe double room ... it's a room with two good beds, but the bath room space was small but every thing was clean. It has a swimming pool and separate barbecue place to have fun. All in all, a decent hotel in a favorable location.
Didn’t end up staying here. We arrived and were informed our room was given away, they told us they had a room at one of there other motels, Beachfront at Wasaga Motel and Cottages.
I asked for a discount for the inconvenience and she said she would ask the owner.
The room was terrible, smelled of musk and there was visible mold. The shower walls were tiled and were coming off the wall, one fell on my girlfriend and scraped her foot.
The manager said they would reimburse me for the nights stay but has yet to do so.
The room was the cleanest we have ever experienced in a motel! We always check for any evidence that cleaning was incompletely done. Not the case for this property. Well done!
Also, the bathroom fan worked well - not something we often experience in motels we have been to in the past.
