I recently stayed at the West Coast Motel, and it was a fantastic experience! The location on the harbor is perfect, offering beautiful views and easy access to everything I needed. The fitness center pool was a wonderful amenity, very clean and well-maintained. My room was cozy and comfortable, making it easy to relax, and the kitchen was impressively stocked with everything I needed to prepare meals. The highlight, though, was the staff – they were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend the West Coast Motel for anyone visiting the area!

There was crockery in the room for eating, but you were not allowed to dry it with the motel towels. How was it supposed to be done? maybe a tip for the host? Everything else was OK.
Very friendly proprietor with good advice for local activities - very helpful- even provided dinner plates upon request, the room was quiet and clean - would return to the Pcific Rim motel if we are back in the area
Clean room. More spacious than most motels. No stovetop, but had counter top space above the fridge to prepare cold meals and a table and chairs for eating. Recently renovated, nice smart TV. Shower had acceptable (though not amazing) water pressure, and had a telephone style shower head which you can hold in your hand, which was nice.
Location is good, short walk to many restaurants, to a laundromat and to the harbour and aquarium. Price was better than most of the other accommodations in Ucluelet on the days we stayed.
The motel was really good and provided just what we needed and expecting. We made use of the laundry facilities which were complimentary which was a bonus. It's location was great with just a short walk to a variety of shops, bars and services.
Free parking on site was very helpful, and the communal areas were spacious, abundant and scenic (incredibly garden with interesting wildlife).
Private hostel on its own grounds, however shops and beaches are relatively nearby. A car needed to properly enjoy the local area.
Property was cleaned daily (kitchen and bathrooms) and there was plenty facilities for day to day life.
Perfect location for Nan island trips. Very clean and comfortable. Free parking available. Shops and restaurants in walking distance. Very good price for end of May
Loved it all! View, check in and check out was excellent (arrived and left out of hours which was excellent) , well equipped, nice bath outside, free parking comfy bed and nice bed linen
The location was nice, the room was really clean. But it looks more like a 4 star motel than a hotel. Free parking is also appreciated.
