The room was very clean and inviting! It is away from the downtown area and is therefore nice and quiet! the electric fireplace was a nice feature and also provided heat as the night was a little damp! bed was really comfortable to!

Location to downtown was convenient, on the biking routes. Large room which allowed us to bring our bikes inside (due to overnight rain). Breakfast choices included croissants/bread, boiled eggs, juices, and yogurt (minus no hot water for tea).

The place was clean, quiet, comfortable, had fridge and microwave, was large enough to do morning stretches, had towels, soap and hot water. The staff was friendly and helpful. I went in expecting a local, family-run place where I'm not king of the hill but give and receive decent treatment. I got a comfortable, friendly, safe, clean place. I would stay there, again. It was also very close to nice, reasonable restaurants, shopping centers, on the city's #11 bus line, and on a bike route.

Looks like a 1 star motel, inside rooms are lovely like a 4 star hotel. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed. All the amenities you’d expect from a high end chain.
Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.

Its my 3rd or 4th trip to Kinipi. This was my least favorite and only because there was so much loud talking in both sauna and around the hot tub area it was distracting. I did mention it to staff and they said they would deal with it. The food menu needs to include a ceasar salad and clubhouse as many options are havy on the meat side. The new breakfast option was fabulous - great meal before getting back on the road fpr 8 hours. The rooms are lovely.
it is a simple motel located in a retail area, eating and shopping options are multiple within easy walking distance. the physical appearance of the motel is not at all impressive.
It was a perfect overnight stop on drive through Troos Rivieres. Breakfast was simple but good. Rooms were exceptionally clean and fairly quiet. Dog friendly was a nice bonus (additional but fair/small fee to add a pet). The large grassy area outside the motel was perfect to run a car-weary dog. All staff were very helpful, friendly, and bilingual.
Room was very disappointing. Needs to be renovated and up-graded. Bathroom very old. Walls need to be painted. TV and internet was out for our stay. Carpet was very dirty and old. Thought I was staying at a 1 star motel. Rate was very over-priced for the value. Worst Travelodge I have ever stayed at! Would not stay there again!
Nice, well-kept motel. Room was clean and spacious, with chairs and table, Refrigerator, and even a TV screen "fireplace". Owners take good care of the place. Good value for money.
