The whole idea behind this venture, assisting in providing a cheap stay students and fellow travellers. The amazingly wild and different people from all walks of life come to this motel. Big House that could have hosted more people than than the 6 adults in our group. Nicely situated close to Chinatown, Kensington. We did not need our cars. A garage in the backyard. Offering a good free parking spot.

Very quiet ie didn't hear noise from other guests and minimal noise from nearby highway.
Everything. The small details like the counter top wi-fi signs, the teas, coffee, salt and pepper, iPhone wireless charger, the microwave cover were all great touches. I love places with separete, no-contact check ins. Free parking. You can cook. Clean appliances. Smart TV. Comfy sofa. My favorite was the work desk and chair cause I still had to remotely work while we were there. Extra covers. Super clean and organized. People were quick to response. Even had business cards printed out! Way better than other hotels I've been to.
