I like the fact that the room felt roomy, new and clean when we first arrived, and had a working stove and oven with a fan. The reception staff was really accommodating even though we arrived late, after the reception closed, but we could call late and let them know when we were coming, and they stayed open until we came. The hotel is theme after London and has a red double-decker outside. Whilst I couldn't have the complementary brekkie due to food allergies, but partner did and he found it really good.

William, the owner of the motel, is an outstanding gentleman. He was extremely friendly and helpful when I asked for assistance. He even provided a wealth of information and thoughtfully prepared a booklet with menus from nearby restaurants, making it easy to decide where to eat. I will definitely return next time. Highly recommended to everyone considering a stay at Brook.

Breakfast waffles with berries were amazing and you get normal plates and cutlery, no plastic! Made us very happy! Had a nice small room facing the street but not loud at all. There are no cars during the night.

The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
We loved the British theme and dining on the doubledecker bus for breakfast. The rooms were perfectly sized, nicely renovated with nice patios and very clean. The couple that owned the motel were very friendly, kind, and welcoming and had many suggestions for leisure activities and dining in the area. 10/10 will be a repeat customer.
Super cute little family style motel. Love the separate room for the second bed in our room. Lots of flowers outside, very well taken care of property, excellent selection of treats for us in the room when we arrive along with info about the local tourist attractions. Comfortable beds! Will stay again next time!
Hotel was a good budget hotel in a great location. It was clean and had everything we needed.
It is a fairly basic motel but it was good value for money so we expected this.
It is a hidden gem. The rooms are mediocre but the atmosphere is top notch! The pool and hot tub are clean, and lots of backyard space to spread out! It really surprised us at how cool this Motel really is!
Pool and hot tub were kept open til 11 pm due to the high heat. Staff were great, full kitchen in the room, lots of space.
Free breakfast at Screamers was very tasty, way better than an old muffin and coffee at the usual included continental breakfast.
This is an older motel, you can see the improvements bring made. Would definately stay here again.
