I sometimes need a motel when I travel, particularly on long road trips when my car gets disorganized (this was a 2,500 mile trip from Louisiana to Calgary). I was able to park three feet from my room-door which was perfect. Room was clean, and comfortable. Soap was exceptional.
We had a very quiet room at the back of motel backing onto greenspace, yet located right across from Walmart, MacDonalds etc. Friendly desk staff. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
The place was exceptionally spotless. We marvelled at how clean it was. We loved the ambience of this classic small town prairie motel. We felt totally at home and at peace. It was quiet all night and we fell into a deep sleep. In the morning, we were refreshed and good to go.
The owners were very nice. The kitchenette was well stocked, very nicely decorated, and extremely clean. The bed was amazing. We had our best nights sleep so far on our trip. The owners charge a fair price for their accommodations as well. We give the Sunset Motel a 10 rating with 2 thumbs up.
Motel was clean and quiet and staff friendly. Very small room. Very nice to have a sitting area and also a door to outside so don’t have to travel lengthy hallways every time enter or exit.
We drove across Canada. This motel was by far the cleanest and most comfortable one we booked. Would recommend this motel.
