The Centennial is an older motel that is very much due for renovation. The grounds and parking area particularly are pretty rough. However, the room was clean and well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. The location is convenient to some restaurants and a supermarket. Centennial is fine for someone on a budget who just needs a place to sleep.
I was expecting the motel room to be old and shabby for the price so I was surprised to see that it had been updated sometime in the past 5 years or so. It was small & compact. However I can see where maintenance & better cleanings are needed to keep it in this condition.
