My room was on the highway side of the Motel but I did not hear the traffic and the bed was very comfortable. I was a little worried because the Motel is a little run down looking from the outside but the room was dated but clean.
This was by far one of the best and my favorite overnight stays. The room was fantastic and perfect for my family. We drove 13 hours and arrived later then closing check in time but the gentleman waited for us to arrive. Great customer service, very friendly and the breakfast spread was the best of any hotel/motel we've ever stayed at. Absolutely recommend the Lazy J Motel!!
Very friendly and welcoming owner. We have an EV and this motel was less than a 5 minute walk from the Flo charging station. The continental breakfast was a good spread...fruit, cereals, muffins, and an assortment of breads and bagels to toast.
Although this motel is older, it was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and their rates were exceptional. We would stay here again.
We loved the small town feel of this motel! It’s definitely older, but for the price I have nothing negative to say! The kind staff do an excellent job of keeping it clean.
This was a nostalgia trip for me. When I was 6 years old I actually lived in the Blue Bird Motel with my family for several months. I really enjoyed walking down memory lane.
