Absolutely awful, reached our room and couldn't even stay there. Soon as you opened the door a smell of damp, moldy odour hit you in the face. They had all tbe windows open as if trying to hide the smell. There were spiderwebs all over the top of the wall. I might have forgiven that but when I tried to swipe them down with the broom they were literally stuck to the wall meaning the room had not been cleaned very well in quite awhile for them to stick like that. Handles on windows all broken. Windows clearly needed replacing. Room okay, kinda, but this room should never be rented until they resolve the damp, mildew, mold issue.

Just 5 minutes’ drive from Cavendish Beach, this Cavendish motel features an outdoor swimming pool. Free Wi-Fi is included. A microwave is provided in each room.
Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
Location location location!!! Motel is directly across from Sandspit. We were a two minute drive from all the places we wanted to visit in Cavendish. The boardwalk, Green Gables etc.
A great little gem of a hotel. Stayed in the motel across from larger building, we loved the little porch in the evening! Breakfast is a nice add on and very “homely”
Excellent location, Cameron the real deal, friendly, helpfull. Beautiful clean room, felt like a cabin as apposed to a motel room. Everything so close you can walk to get what you need. Loved Anne of Green Gable only few minutes away. BBQ on deck and so relaxing. I would recommend to anyone. You cannot go wrong and can explore so much of island from this beautiful location along with a 10 out of 10 accommodations. Enjoy PEI, we sure did and mainly because we stayed at this location.

Some noise from neighbouring rooms, but nothing to bad. Choose it because of the name, but my husband loved the motel type feel and room. We would stay again. Price reasonable and suited our needs for our stay.
