The hotel is nothing particularly special but it's nice enough. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Kind and helpful staff, free parking, nice views on the bay.
The room was very clean and comfortable and the front desk staff fantastic. My only complaint is that I was told that I would have a room facing the water but didn't get one, and that I couldn't get the government rate because I booked online. I will know to call the motel directly next time, but would have liked to have known this when booking.
Location is excellent. Pastry shop a block away has great breakfast and lunch. For cyclists the paved Veloroute paved trail system is also 1 minutes from the motel. Highly recommend a trip to this area.
The staff was really lovely. The rooms were beautiful, we stayed in the motel so I can't say much about the campground. The activities were amazing, there is a great pool and multiple large, super fun bouncy houses/structures for the kids.
