Location was perfect, we were close to the boats that sit on the ground at low tide and rise at high tide. We were walking distance to restaurants and shops and the gas station with convenience store. The motel was clean and the bed was comfortable

We'd been staying at BvB's and hotels so I was hesitant to book a motel, which I thought would be noisy and poorly furnished. I was wrong. It was well decorated, quiet considering rooms were lined up next to each other, and it had a fridge, a microwave, coffee maker, and plates and mugs, unlike some of the hotels with kitchenettes we'd stayed in. It was in the middle of the tiny town of Alma, close to restaurants and the Fundy Park, and had a lawn with Adirondack chairs facing the water.
This is a traditional motel that has been well maintained and is located within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in Alma.
There is an expansive gift shop and the staff are very accommodating.
The rooms, although small (especially the bathroom) and somewhat dated, are clean and comfortable.
The rooms are reasonably priced.
