In the courtyard of the hotel there was a playground for children and a free parking.
Close to the city center, about 5 minutes walking. Free parking in front of the hotel (limited availability) or on the street. The staff was ok. 2 mini shower gel bottles and 2 soaps were provided + towels
The hotel boasts an excellent location, nestled in the heart of Pleven, within easy walking distance of superb restaurants and the picturesque water attraction Cascade.
The room was immaculate and peaceful, while the staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. I don't have any problems, everything looked clean and the main thing the breakfast from the restaurant was delicious. Free parking in front of the door.The price was amazing. A great stay at this hotel.
The hotel is amazing. Situated in a building from 1927 it really brings a royal feeling and atmosphere. The room was big, great furniture and clean. Excellent free parking. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast and the coffee in the morning were perfect. This hotel is a perl in Pleven amazing heritage and we would definitely love to visit it again.

We have stayed just for one night, but for sure we'll revert here next year.
The motel name is just a misnomer. The hotel exceeds all expectations. Exceptionally clean rooms and toilets, very friendly staff, comfortable beds, pretty good food in the restaurant, quick wi-fi. Overall, one of the best places I have stayed at in a while. The value for money ratio was fantastic.
