It was clean, neat and tidy accommodation. The welcoming staff member was very friendly, helpful and polite, a great face for your motel. A hot shower, good air con too. Quiet area on the outskirts of town, but a quick drive to the main centre.
Our room was very clean. Our bed was very comfortable with extra pillows. We couldn’t rate staff because we never saw anyone except the person who gave us our room key.The motel was well located. A bit difficult to find because of street appeal.
This is an ideally located and comfortable motel right in the heart of Tumut but it was still lovely and quiet. The proximity to the beautiful walks along the Tumut River and parklands is a definite plus. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Having a north facing balcony was definitely a bonus, overlooking the garden, pool and riverside precinct.
