I really liked the space in the apartment, and the fact that it had a washing machine and dryer, as we'd been on the road a few days and needed to do some washing. A nice comfy bed and a hot shower are two things I look for in accommodation and this apartment had both! Plus it had a water view as well!! The host was very friendly.
This motel was a pleasant surprise. Very clean with attention to detail. Situated in a quiet, leafy location and a short walk to the water and the walking track into town.
Despite being situated beside a hotel, we found Sleepy Lagoon Motel to be a quiet location; very clean cabin with a nice little kitchen and reasonable sized bathroom, the cabin provided a comfy layout for our stay. Well positioned for walks along the esplanade and plenty of good food outlets close by.
Cozy motel by the bay, the rooms are fully furnished with a touch of care that is always appreciated. Lots of services included (e.g. ice cube machine).
Staff is very welcoming. They even arranged a seafood platter for us. The room is simple, but very clean and cosy. This is my second time in this motel and I will probably come back.
