I arrive early afternoon on a particularly cold day. My room 7 was ready however the a/c failed to be able to turn to heat .. reception told me to put it on cold and adjust temp this did not work I was then told the units were linked and unless next door switched to heat my room would not heat ( who designed that?) they said they could not move me to another room but gave me a fan heater which did raise the temp . I was give a free breakfast .. I requested poached eggs but by the time they arrived I had basically finished and ready to leave ..
I was going to advise that there was a string sewage smell in the bathroom but reception was closed when I left at 7:45.

Motel is run down. Bedside lights not working - or at least I couldn't get them to work. No, hand towel or face washer. It's a cheap motel, but next tome we'll pay extra and stay somewhere else.
But, the room was clean.
We left early. The motel is extremely run down and shabby.
The Manager was extremely pleasant and helpful but it couldn’t make up for the condition of the room.
The room I stayed in was a very nice size with a queen bed, sofa and coffee table. Nice tv and good air conditioning. Very comfortable bed too.
Selected a room with its own facilities and the bathroom was very nice, clean and the shower was great.
Free parking at rear and food and drinks available downstairs in pub. Close to supermarket and coffee shops.
It's a gorgeous little motel on the river. A beautiful spot and the rooms are retro with a touch of modern accessories.
Perfect for a short stay in Swansea.
