This is a very picturesque motel. It is right on the edge of the water in the pretty coastal village of Stansbury. A clean, comfortable, budget priced room that had everything I needed and it was a nice short walk to the pub for dinner. Very friendly and helpful owners
View over the ocean, Great location, friendly managers. Stansbury is great for exploring south Yorke Peninsula. Pool, barbecue, spacious motel with grassy area and outdoor eating area.
The motel is located at the top of a hill overlooking the bay as is the motel's pool! The owners even built a wonderful walking path leading directly down to the jetty, exclusively for their guests. The rooms are fine with everything one might need for a longer stay, although I was only booked into a studio without kitchen facilities. (The family rooms would have such.)
Stansbury Motel was a great place to stay. Room was large and had a great outlook across the water. Room was clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful. No cooking facilities but great restaurant at the hotel in town a couple of minutes away..
Great motel with a good view of the beach. Has a pool but I will have to come back in the summer to try it! room worked well for myself and my sister - TV mount was awkward but it fit into the shape of the room so we shared the bed to watch a movie. They are not servicing rooms daily due to covid still... But are more than happy to top you up with anything you need. Wondered why we were put next to the only other people in the units on the first night but looked like it was booked solid on our second night. Will definitely stay again.
The view from our room was fantastic! All Motel rooms faced the sea - & being on the clifftop made the view even better!
The room was very clean and well laid out. Very good large size TV, very obliging owners. Very comfortable bed and very quiet at night.
The studio was clean, coffee and tea and a fridge available. The swimming pool seating area was set up nicely with seats, bbq, pizza oven and tables. The motel managers went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
