This place worked well for us for an overnight stay whilst travelling back home. Good location just a short drive from the airport, the hotel provide a mini bus, which we used the morning of checking out. For ease in getting to the property we just took an Uber from the airport.

big room and bathroom, clean bathroom and linen. There was a lot of variety of breakfast stuffs to choose from. The location was great - near West Richmond station and about a 15-20 min walk to the MCG. Free parking.
This motel was charming and like stepping back in time, in a good way! Large room with a full size bath, and the rooms were very warm which is not common in Melbourne. Free parking and a great location.

Absolutely nothing is good about this motel .we booked 2 rooms and as we arrived they told us that they had double booked the rooms we paid for after arguing the fact that we had been on the road for 11 hours and the other couple we had with us were half hour behind us .they offered us a family room .
This is an old motel but pleasingly my room has had a thorough makeover. I was surprised how good this budget room was. enough space for an open suitcase, desk space for my laptop. No microwave but there is one in a common area near the office. The bonus was free parking underneath. This is gated 10-7am so good security. I was expecting significant road noise but this was not an issue.
Well located old school motel if you are visiting Brunswick or north side of Melbourne. bed is comfortable, free parking, close to excellent restaurants and cafes on Sydney Road. rooms have kettle and a toaster.
