From check-in to check-out was so easy.
We arrived late due to traffic but Jason was in contact till we arrived.
Perfect for our overnight stay travelling through to Queensland.
Bathroom was lovely and very new.
The fact we only had to walk a few steps to the Club for our meal made our stay perfect.

Everything was spotlessly clean, fixtures & furnishing were a little dated but that’s what we expected in this exceptionally well priced facility during January holiday period. Pool was lovely & clean with a shaded area to sit by. Would definitely stay here again

What we really liked was the fact that it had a separate bedroom and then a proper bed for the 3rd adult. We had with us, my husband’s brother who is special needs and the room was just perfect for our situation. Our bed was very comfortable indeed.

Lemon Tree Passage Motel was a great spot for our night stay. We had a wedding at Tanilba bay House and it was a perfect location. Rooms have been renovated, nice and clean everything you need and a comfy bed.

We had a family room. The room was perfect, just what we needed for the nights stay. Beds were comfortable, Bathroom was clean and looked updated.
The manager, Jason was amazing, great communication and available if we needed anything. Overall, it’s a great motel to stay the night.
Really nice modern motel room has a patio door out to the garden area which I liked. Motel has everything required for an enjoyable stay. Jason goes out of his way to accomodate check-in with clear instructions in a friendly manner. It's a quiet area, 30 min drive to Nelson Bay, there's a playground, coffee and friendly locals all nearby! The Poyer's restaurant nice location and great brekkie!
The Motel is an exceptional gem. Room was spacious, clean and well appointed. All the necessities from bathroom, kitchenette and iron and ironing board, hangers and so much more are provided and everything was thoughtfully planned. Loved the out door space behind the room where you can sit and relax too. Jason was friendly and very nice and made the check in so seamless that we just made the payment through phone and just walked into the rooms. Truly amazing place and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a memorable experience.

Solid 4.5/5 for a motel expectation.
Excellent value. Not too far away from Nelson Bay in a lovely quiet town. The Bowling Club located behind the motel served a great Hamburger.
