As always been staying at this motel many times and never once disappointed. Room was very clean and spacious as usual. Bed was very comfortable and room has a nice view. Parking is excellent and you can park your car right in front of room. Nick the owner is very friendly and welcoming and Nick will make every effort to accomodate one’s request. Location is excellent as it is walking distance to restaurants and cafes. I have no hesitaion in recommending CQ motel for your next business or leisure trip.

Only the location of the motel but the rest of the facilities are terrible. This was the worst motel we ever stayed in in our 60 years of journey. This should not be in Australia and not be in Bookings.com

Motel rooms clean and comfortable. Fridge, toaster, microwave, electric jug, plates and cutlery provided. Position was fantastic as we could walk to the Gladstone Port to catch the ferry to Heron Island. We were also provided free parking for our vehicle whilst we were away.
