Easy access to shops, off main Rd, via car. staff are very friendly & helpful. 2 double beds in the room, plates, utensils, microwave, fridge toaster & kettle. It's not bad for a 3 star motel, and it's clean.

This is a clean but basic roadside motel for overnight stay on your road trip. The motel was tucked off the main road, not many road sounds. The room was clean, only basic amenities though. The bed was reasonably comfortable and had a heated underlay for the winter which was a nice touch.

Clean motel room, couldn't ask for more. There was a perfume in the room which did set off my wife's allergies, however after airing the room (even in the freezing cold), we managed to remove some of the smell (not at all the owners fault). Staff were easy going, very helpful and were all too keen to make sure everything was okay. We were there for the Harry Potter Forbidden Forrest experience. This place was only 20 minutes away, and great value for money.

The room was a good size; comfortable and clean, in a lovely setting not far from Frankston station. The staff were very helpful prior to arriving at the motel, catering to our needs etc. Nothing was any problem for them. Really good. Would definitely stay here again as it is close to our relatives in Frankston and Seaford.

The motel has free parking outside each room. The room had a kitchenette and good heating. It is single storey. Quiet overnight even though it was close to a main road. It was clean and comfortable.
