Quick stopover for us in Dubbo after a long day's driving. Nice quiet motel, located close to the RSL and Thai restaurants (easy walking distance) where you can get dinner.
Friendly welcome. Fast check in. Parking at door. Everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay - crockery, cutlery, microwave, small frig ( but adequate for o’nt. Good, hot shower. Good heating, & extra soft blanket was appreciated. Helpful manager, when I was unable to operate the tv with Foxtel - a plus! ( many motels have discontinued it). Quiet position, close to centre of town.
Unfortunately a double booking happened, while we were on the road, and desperately needed a nights accomodation. The lady who rang to inform me was able to find another nearby motel which was able to assist us. Her help went above and beyond, and I thank her very much. The alternate place was nice and suitable.
The staff, I think family that owned the motel were so very helpful and pleasant. The room was so very clean and bed comfortable. This you need after a day on the road. We stay twice as it was a convenient motel to services locally, Will stay again.
Great location, so clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We have been on the road for three weeks staying in motel accommodation and this was the best by far. So many dinner options within a very short walking distance.
