There was no breakfast but we knew that prior to booking. The location was perfect for us as we could walk to the function we were attending. David the owner was lovely and very helpful with local knowledge. The rooms while a bit dated were clean, beds very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was perfect for a swim on a hot day.

We can’t rate the motel highly enough. We would recommend it for anyone staying in Deniliquin or passing through. The lady at reception was delightful.

This is a typical country motel; clean, basic but a little tired. Parking is right outside the room. The room was large with a very comfortable bed plus lounge and table. It was warm on a cold winter night and very quiet. Easy walk to restaurants for dinner.

A quiet location but still close to the town centre. A handy mini bar if needed, unusual for a motel. Easy walking distance to RSL club and restaurant. Will come again when next in town.

Last minute booking, not a problem. Gary and Gen are so focused on customer service. I'm so glad we stayed at their motel.. Even gave us help with mapping a route! and good advice on where to eat that night.

I liked the retro feel of the motel. It has been nicely renovated, and the pool and gardens much appreciated in the hot weather.

Friendly welcoming staff. Spotlessly clean. Icy cold air-conditioning on a 39 degrees day . Rooms recently refurbished. Can't understand the 3 stars on Booking.com . I regularly stay in motels around the country areas and this is one of the best for service and facilities.
