Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.
We stayed for one night and it is a comfortable room, nice and clean and good to have after a long drive. The bed was good, as were the pillows.
We really enjoyed the bistro/bar attached to the motel. The meals were fresh and of good quality, with a salad/vege bar to help yourself.
Good blockout curtains as well in the room.
Very good value though, and staff very friendly.
Just needed a place to stay as we headed to drive across the Nullarbor. Pretty standard motel, not a lot of options in Ceduna so this did well for value for money.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was also well appointed for a remote motel, plenty of tea and coffee in the room. The motel is situated adjacent to a road house so breakfast and a takeaway coffee was right there. Although it is out of town a bit, it's still an easy walk to the main street and the water.
Easy no-fuss motel. Check-in was smooth and the man at reception was lovely.
Basic but spacious and clean room, with microwave, tv, kettle, tea and coffee.
Bed was comfortable.
Very close to the town centre (2min drive) and the beautiful beach.
For $35 we upgraded to the hotel rooms instead of the motel rooms, and the difference was well worth the price. The hotel rooms bordered on luxurious. The restaurant menu, though limited, produced excellent food and value. I highly recommend this hotel.
Stayed twice at this motel while on the road to WA and back. Very pleasant motel to stay in. Clean and spacious rooms. Undercover parking outside the rooms. Nice restaurant and good breakfast was included. Steve is down to earth and accommodating. Was very appreciative of his help in referring me to the local tyre centre after picking up a puncture on the Nullarbor. Would definitely stay here again when heading out that way.
