Nothing. I’m not a picky person but I was shocked when we entered the room. Scratched up peeling paint, broken furniture, no toilet paper, towels or soap, no staff on site. Ive ever seen any motel this bad. We called the motel assistance number and they suggested we go into town and buy toilet paper. We told them that we would just go find a different place to stay. They said that they couldn’t guarantee a refund. Horrible experience!

This is a perfect place to stay. Felt very secure with all the safety features.
It is 3.5 star rated. If people are expecting 5star this is not for them but we found the complex lovely and the staff were very nice.

The hotel is close to the city and the esplanade, bed was comfy enough.
Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.

The beds were comfortable. TV was great. The room location was excellent. Pool facilities were great. The lovely design of the resort in general was amazing. A shopping centre opposite the road. The staff was super awesome and helpful. There were snacks and drinks at reception. These were excellently priced and not the normal over the top motel pricing. There are lifts for those in wheelchairs not on the ground floor.
The motel is at the lower end of the Cairns market but it is close to the city, hospital where I had work, shops and restaurants, was very clean and room serviced every day, staff friendly and has a laundry.I would stay there again
Great pools and really well maintained. Kids had an excellent time on the slide. Great breakfast at the restaurant which is a really nice outdoor setup by the main pool. We had a superior room which looked recently renovated and was clean and had a little balcony. The regular rooms look very motel-like - basic and dont have any outdoor space of their own.
The hotel is in a reasonably central location and is a relatively short walk to the esplanade and city centre. The room was comfortable and the bed was large. The pool area is very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is limited parking on site but plenty of free parking on the road. There is a library where you can swap books and also plenty of tourist brochures to choose from. The Pina Colada shampoo smelt nice.
There is free parking on site. A good view of the pool and internal courtyard from the balcony. We were given a second attached room, with kitchenette but no air-conditioning, so we shut the connecting door. The motel is older, but is clean and serviceable.
Motel met my needs for a 2 night stay, free parking, helpful staff.

I really like this motel. It's unpretentious, affordable, clean, comfortable, and safe. It has convenient free parking and a laundry. I also love the plentiful powerpoints in the rooms, and the large bathrooms. Plus it's run by a family and has a good vibe.
