Location is quiet, being off the main road. Beautiful gardens and walking distance to everything in town. The place is immaculately clean. The towels are very good quality. Bed is very comfortable.

Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
It’s a small motel and a small room but they used every small space to make it functional and pretty. We had room 1 . We had our own breakfast looking at the rainforest from the window. We stayed one night.
For a Country Town this was a very well setup Motel for overnighting or a couple of nights . The Reception was courteous , friendly and helpful . I even asked about giving my Hire Car a wash and within minutes a bucket , cloths and water from a hose was made available . Great helpful Hosts .
Despite arriving late, the staff accommodated me graciously, and the room and facilities exceeded my expectations.
My family were thoroughly impressed and we will be recommending Atherton Hinterland Motel to everyone. Thank you for providing such a great experience.
We stayed in the new self contained apartment units (not what we originally booked but paid for upgrade on arrival). These were modern and well equipped. They were not really apartments as it is really just a motel room, but sufficiently spacious for 2 people. I was very comfortable and I would stay again. No problems at all during our stay.
Amazing location and the best fluffiest charcoal grey towels - five star standard 😇 immaculately clean . I had to delay my departure and the motel didn’t hesitate to extend my stay to accomodate
We were so disappointed we took one look at the unconditioned room it was a hot day and dead garden we decided to loose our money and went and booked a motel with air conditioning and a garden that wasn't dead. The photos did not match the location. We were ripped off. Nobody was on site to talk to.

The room was clean and comfortable and had all we needed. The motel overall looked well cared for. Definitely recommend it.
